This policy explains what personal data Shaped by Sinead collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. We only collect what we need to arrange your free call and, if you go ahead, to coach you.
1. Who we are
Shaped by Sinead LLC ("we", "us", "our") is registered in the Sharjah Media City Free Zone Authority (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, trade licence number 2644397.01, with its registered address at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect
When you request a free call, we collect:
• your name and email address
• your Instagram handle, if you choose to give it
• your answers about where you are now, what you would like to change, and how ready you are to start
• details sent with the form: the page you were on, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you clicked, and when you sent it
Your answers may include information about your health, such as your weight, fitness or a medical condition. Only share what you are comfortable sharing. If you do, we use it only to prepare for your call and to shape any coaching you choose to start.
If you become a client, we collect more information through our coaching app to deliver your programme. Your coaching agreement explains this.
3. How we use it
• to read your request and email you to book your free call
• to prepare for and hold your call
• to coach you, if you decide to go ahead
• to see which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the site
We never sell your data. We only send marketing emails if you have opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
4. Our legal basis
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on:
• steps you ask us to take before a contract, to arrange and hold your free call
• your consent, for any health information you choose to share and for marketing emails. You can withdraw it at any time
• our legitimate interests, to run and improve the website and measure our marketing, where those interests do not override your rights
5. Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the business. They only process your data on our instructions:
• Formspree: receives the free call form and emails it to us
• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): customer records, email and booking
• Framer: website hosting
• Zoom: video calls
• Kahunas: our coaching app, for clients only
• Meta: advertising measurement, only if you accept marketing cookies (see section 7)
We may also share data where the law requires it.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and some of our providers are based in the United States. When your data leaves the UK or EU, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website uses the cookies it needs to work. Some fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
If we use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising, it only runs after you accept marketing cookies, and you can change your choice at any time.
8. How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we keep your request for up to 12 months after we were last in touch, then delete it.
If you become a client, we keep your records while you are coaching with us and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
• give you a copy of the data we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your data
• limit or stop how we use it
• send your data to you or to another provider
Email info@shapedbysinead.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Data Protection Commission in Ireland or the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
10. Age
This website and our coaching are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
